What To Wear On A Job Interview

What To Wear On A Job Interview What To Wear On A Job Interview “It’s been a while since I have been on an interview. What should I wear?” First off, congratulations on your job interview! When it comes to what to wear, there is no “one outfit fits all” answer. The rule of thumb is to consider the industry in which you’re applying for a job- and then wear an outfit that would match what the boss of that company would wear. Keep in mind the clientele you will be working with and how you should be dressed to be perceived professionally. So if you’re applying for an administrative position, a suit is perfectly acceptable. If the job is not as formal, you can opt to wear business casual clothes, like khaki or dark pants or a skirt and a shirt or sweater. If the job will include a remote work option, you still need to show that you can dress to impress. Send the message that you know how to dress when you work at home that will help convince the employer of your professionalism and show that you are committed to the position. And whether you’ve been out of the job market for six months or six years, it’s important to stay on top of the trends so your look is not outdated. Whatever you choose to wear, make sure it’s classic, pressed and professional looking so you can dress to impress- and get the job. Here’s to successful job searching!
